This is a courtesy translation. If the two versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.

This page explains how to delete your 2trAIn Cliente account and what happens to your data when you do. There are two ways, both free.

Option 1: in the app

Open the 2trAIn Cliente app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab and open Danger zone.
Tap Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm it’s you and tap Yes, delete my account. Your account is closed immediately, this can’t be undone, and all of your data is deleted within 30 days.

If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, write to us:

We’ll process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when it’s done.

Your account and profile data: email, name and your profile photo, if you added one.
Your health and activity data: body weight and its history, injuries and workout logs.
Your cardio routes, with their track, distance, time and pace.
Your habits and their tracking.
Your appointments with your trainer.
Your chat messages with your trainer.
Your link to your trainer: you’ll no longer appear among their clients.
And everything else you recorded in the app.

Server logs (for security), which are deleted on a short rolling schedule.
Data we are legally required to keep, which will remain blocked and only be used to meet legal liabilities until they expire.
